Email Recipients

Understanding email recipients

Updated this week

The Recipients tab lets you see who received your email, their delivery status, and the actions they took. Whether you’re reviewing a blast or a workflow email, this view provides a detailed breakdown of performance at the individual contact level.

Recipient statuses

Each recipient is assigned a status that reflects the outcome of your send. Common statuses include:

  • Delivered: The email successfully reached the recipient’s inbox.

  • Opened: The recipient opened the email.

  • Clicked: The recipient clicked a link in the email.

  • Bounced: The email could not be delivered, usually due to an invalid address or server issue.

  • Not sent: The email was skipped, often due to subscription status or workflow conditions.

You can filter and sort the recipient list to quickly find specific outcomes.

Opens and clicks

Alongside status, you’ll see counts for opens and clicks:

  • Opens: How many times a recipient opened the email. This includes repeat opens.

  • Clicks: How many times they clicked tracked links in the message.

Unique opens and clicks are available in the Performance tab for aggregate reporting, while the Recipients view shows the raw counts for each person.

Viewing individual activity

Clicking on a recipient opens their profile, where you can see detailed activity history. This includes:

  • The exact emails they received

  • When they opened the message

  • Which links they clicked

  • Other recent activity across campaigns, workflows, and forms

This makes it easy to understand a recipient’s full journey and engagement level.

Link-level reporting

In the activity view, each click is tied to a specific URL. You’ll see exactly which links were clicked and when, helping you understand what content drives engagement.
