The Media Library in Conversion is your central hub for managing all images, graphics, and assets used across emails, templates, forms, and landing pages. Instead of re-uploading the same file multiple times, you can organize and reuse media from one place.
Overview
The Media Library stores:
Images uploaded directly by you or your team
Assets pulled in from integrations (like Pexels)
Files attached to campaigns or templates
From the library, you can search, browse, and insert assets into your marketing content.
Uploading Media
You can add files in two ways:
Direct Upload
Click Upload media in the top bar
Drag and drop files from your desktop
Supported file types include PNG, JPG, GIF, and SVG
Third-Party Sources
Access the Pexels integration to browse free stock images
Select and insert directly without leaving the editor
Browsing and Managing Assets
Each uploaded file is displayed as a tile preview in your library. Hovering over a tile will show options like:
View details (file name, type, size, upload date)
Delete (permanently remove the file)
Copy link (useful if you need a direct URL)
You can filter and search across assets by filename or metadata.
Inserting Media into Content
Whenever you’re editing an email, landing page, or template, you’ll see the image selector modal:
Navigate to the content block where you want to insert an image
Click Change image
Choose from:
Media (your uploaded files)
Upload (new file from your computer)
Pexels (free stock image)
Select the file, adjust settings (alt text, scale, padding, border radius), and insert
This ensures consistency across assets and saves time compared to re-uploading.
